Dagsboro, DE - March 27, 2025 - In honor of Women’s History Month, Michelle Warren, the founder of Catalyst Consulting Group, proudly announces the expansion of her team with the addition of Melissa Fuller, SLED Consultant & Strategy Specialist. As part of this milestone, Catalyst Consulting Group is also now officially a certified Women-Owned Small Business by the Small Business Administration (SBA).

Michelle Warren, a trailblazer in the commercial interiors sector, founded Catalyst Consulting Group four years ago with the vision of helping small business manufacturers navigate the complexities of the public sector. From starting as a solopreneur to now leading a team of five consultants serving nearly 20 clients, Michelle’s journey is a powerful example of the impact women can have in a male-dominated industry. Michelle has also been recognized as one of the Top 50 Women Leaders of Delaware for 2025.

“I am excited to have been officially certified as a Women-Owned Small Business by the SBA. As a woman in this industry, I’m proud to run a business that not only thrives but also fills a unique need in today’s ever-changing landscape. This wasn’t something I expected for myself, but it’s been an incredible journey and I truly believe it’s all part of God’s plan,” says Michelle Warren, Founder and President of Catalyst Consulting Group.

The evolving landscape of the public sector—amidst the shifts in administration and the increased complexity of regulations—presents both challenges and opportunities for manufacturers. Michelle’s business is uniquely positioned to help manufacturers adapt and thrive by ensuring their strategies align with the ever-changing needs of the government and educational markets.

In her new role as SLED Consultant and Strategy Specialist, Melissa Fuller will work directly with manufacturers to guide them through the State, Local, and Education (SLED) markets. With deep expertise in public sector contracts, Melissa focuses on aligning manufacturers with the right opportunities while developing strategic programs that address specific demands of the SLED market.

Melissa shares, "I’m thrilled to be part of the Catalyst team! The collaborative environment and strong leadership here make it an incredible place to work. I’m especially excited about the opportunity to help manufacturers navigate the complexities of the public sector and achieve meaningful success."

Catalyst Consulting Group’s expansion under the leadership of Michelle Warren continues to underscore the importance of female leadership and innovation in industries where women are often underrepresented.
